台灣人可能對資訊戰假資訊剛剛開始有概念，最早其實就是商業精準行銷，根據消費者瀏覽網頁跟搜尋餵養給他可能有興趣的廣告。

到了川普選總統跟英國脫歐的時候，開始被俄國人跟選舉公關（劍橋分析事件）拿來宣傳投票意向，進而操作選舉，而且他們成功了。

這只是開始嗎？俄國人更早就在2008喬治亞跟2014克里米亞宣傳失敗主義來幫助俄國人佔領該地、讓當地平民驅逐當地守軍（克里米亞模式）、妨礙大國國家提供援助等等。
