在这点上，中国与美国有相似的地方：你很容易就一些话题引起一部分人神经过敏和反应多度。

同样暴躁易怒，区别是美国人更关心“身份政治”，中国人更关心空洞而且模糊的宏大叙事，比如爱国、民族大义、反日反美反台等等。

但是中国还有一种易怒特点不容忽视：即使遭到政治正确派（政府及其宏大叙事支持者）打压的群体，也一样暴躁易怒，他们易怒的地方除了与上面争锋相对的议题之外，也跟政治正确派一样，对一般社会议题上纲上线，比如围绕某些名人、性别争议和公共话题上纲上线。

美国社会是身份政治成了全社会的敏感点，但中国的情况是全社会都反应过度，不管涉不涉及政治正确，大多数人都找得到刺激自己暴躁易怒的话题。所以中国人暴躁易怒不一定是围绕特定话题的，几乎每个话题都可能引起中国人反应激烈。

如果说美国身份政治泛滥有一定被胁迫和被滥用的成分，中国这边暴躁易怒特点是全社会性的：他们总要找一个借口来发泄自己的暴躁易怒。
